Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the use of the online gaming and sports betting services operated under the brand name Prada4D and accessible at prada4d.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "prada4d"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the User", "Player", "Member") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on prada4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

2. You are accessing and using the Platform on a voluntary personal basis.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, prada4d reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any open bets, and withhold any promotional bonuses pending a full investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prada4D is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. You may be required to submit documentation including a government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian residents), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to provide required documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Prada4D will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access due to a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify prada4d customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Terms of Use

By using the prada4d Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational and entertainment purposes in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge and accept the following:

• All funds deposited into your account are personal funds originating from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity.
• You will not use prada4d for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that prada4d does not guarantee winnings of any kind.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate any aspect of the Platform's software, game logic, or payment systems.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets offered on prada4d.

Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Prada4D supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20 and Bitcoin (BTC). All payment methods listed are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on prada4d is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gambling tools available in their account dashboard.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as its primary currency. 6.4 Deposit Processing

FPX bank transfers typically clear within 5–15 minutes during banking hours. Internet banking transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and other participating banks typically process within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmations and may take between 15 and 30 minutes depending on network conditions.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud, terms violations, or identity discrepancies will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.

7.2 Processing Times

Prada4D targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow). Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal limits are determined by account tier and payment method. VIP Gold account holders are subject to higher withdrawal limits as specified in the loyalty programme documentation.

7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Prada4D applies a withdrawal method matching policy: funds deposited via a specific payment method must be withdrawn to the same method up to the original deposit amount. Winnings exceeding the original deposit amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method associated with your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, and free bet allocations offered by prada4d are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Where a conflict arises between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each individual promotion. As a general reference, welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion selected. Wagering requirement calculations and eligible games are detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.

8.3 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only, one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Prada4D reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or clawback any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained fraudulently, through abuse of promotional terms, or through the use of multiple accounts.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within their specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Prada4D will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on prada4d are subject to acceptance by prada4d. Prada4D reserves the right, without obligation to provide a reason, to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, including wagers on specific sports markets or casino games.

9.2 Palpable Error

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially erroneous due to a human or technical error ("palpable error"), prada4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account. Examples of palpable error include but are not limited to odds of 100:1 on a heavy favourite or incorrect market descriptions.

9.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with prada4d's official sports betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. For football markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and other leagues — standard 90-minute match rules apply unless otherwise stated. In-play bets accepted after a key event (e.g., a goal, red card, or injury) that was not yet reflected in the displayed odds may be voided.

9.4 Casino Game Results

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Results are final once a game round is completed and confirmed by the server. Prada4D does not intervene in game outcomes and will not modify results except in cases of confirmed technical malfunction.

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the prada4d Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to abuse promotional offers or exploit odds discrepancies in a coordinated manner.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or sports betting markets.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.
• Charging back deposits processed via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method after wagering those funds.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the technical infrastructure of prada4d.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by Prada4D

Prada4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting prada4d customer support via live chat. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC requirements being satisfied.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account, all pending bonuses and uncleared promotional credits will be forfeited. Any open bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules, with resulting winnings or stakes applied to the account balance and processed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prada4d, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or any content thereon.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling or wagering activities conducted through the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any technical failure, server downtime, or error in game outcomes caused by force majeure events or third-party service providers.
• Any reliance on information, advice, or representations made on the Platform that are not expressly confirmed in writing by prada4d.

The total aggregate liability of prada4d to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by the player to their account during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the prada4d Platform, including but not limited to the domain name, brand name, logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, and all content published thereon, are owned by or licensed to prada4d. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use prada4d's intellectual property except as strictly necessary for personal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on prada4d without the prior written consent of prada4d.

Amendments

Prada4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, prada4d will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top. In cases of significant changes, prada4d may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.

Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
